This policy explains what personal data Creative Architect™ collects across creativearchitect.art — the homepage, the Money Block Quiz, and the Creative Block Quiz — how it's used, and what rights you have over it.
Who we are
Creative Architect™ is run by TARO srls, based in Italy. TARO srls is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. For any privacy request, see Contact below.
What we collect
The homepage itself doesn't have a form — it links out to book a call or to take one of the two quizzes. Personal data is only collected in these places:
- The quizzes. If you take the Money Block Quiz or the Creative Block Quiz, we ask for your full name, email address, and Instagram handle, and we record your answers, so we can send you your personalized result.
- Booking a call. The "Apply for a Call" button takes you to Calendly, a third-party scheduling tool. Whatever you enter there (typically name, email, and the details of the call) is collected by Calendly directly, under Calendly's own privacy policy. We only see what you choose to share when the call is booked.
- If you become a coaching client. We exchange phone numbers to communicate over WhatsApp during the program, and anything you share with us in the course of that 1:1 relationship.
How we use it
- To send you the quiz result you asked for, and to follow up about it.
- To run and deliver the coaching program, for clients.
- To send occasional emails about Creative Architect™ — you can unsubscribe from these at any time, the link is in every email.
Who we share it with
We don't sell personal data. It passes through a small number of tools that help us run the business, each acting as a processor on our behalf (or, for Calendly, as its own controller for what you submit there):
- Google (Sheets / Apps Script) — stores quiz responses.
- Kit (ConvertKit) — sends the emails described above, for quiz participants who complete a quiz.
- Calendly — handles call scheduling, as described above.
- Vercel — hosts this website.
- WhatsApp (Meta) — used directly with coaching clients, under WhatsApp's own terms.
Cookies
This website doesn't use cookies or any tracking technology of its own. If you follow a link to Calendly, that site may set its own cookies under its own policy — we don't control that.
How long we keep it
We keep quiz responses and coaching client data for as long as it's useful for the purposes described above, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.
International transfers
Some of the tools listed above (Google, Kit, Calendly, Vercel) may process data on servers outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, it's under those providers' own safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses).
Your rights
Under GDPR, you can ask us to:
- Show you what personal data we hold about you
- Correct it if it's wrong
- Delete it
- Restrict or object to how it's used
- Send you a copy in a portable format
