These terms cover your use of creativearchitect.art — the homepage, the Money Block Quiz, and the Creative Block Quiz, all run by TARO srls, based in Italy. By using this site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What this site is
Creative Architect™ is an informational site. It hosts two free self-assessment quizzes, describes Nic Salvatori's 1:1 creative mentoring program, and links out to Calendly to book an introductory call. This site itself doesn't sell anything or process payments.
The quizzes
- The Money Block Quiz and the Creative Block Quiz are free, self-assessment tools. They sort you into a general archetype based on the answers you give.
- They're meant for self-reflection and general guidance, not professional financial, psychological, medical, or legal advice. Don't treat your result as a diagnosis or a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
- We do our best to make the results genuinely useful, but we don't guarantee they'll be accurate for your specific situation, or that they'll lead to any particular outcome.
The 1:1 mentoring program
The homepage describes the program (structure, what's included, and the guarantee) for informational purposes. Joining the program, the price, the payment schedule, and the exact start date are all confirmed directly between you and Nic — on the call you book through Calendly, or in writing afterward — not by using this website. Where this site states a guarantee (for example: two additional months at no extra cost if you've done the work and haven't hit your goals after four months), that commitment stands as described on the homepage at the time you enroll.
Acceptable use
Don't use this site to do anything illegal, to try to access data that isn't yours, to interfere with how the site or the quizzes work, or to scrape or republish the quiz content, results copy, or coaching materials as your own.
Intellectual property
The Creative Architect™ name and logo, the site's design, the quiz frameworks and result copy, and the coaching materials and toolkit referenced on this site belong to TARO srls. Nothing here gives you a license to copy, resell, or repurpose them.
Third-party services
Booking a call happens through Calendly. Coaching communication happens over WhatsApp. Both are third-party services with their own terms, which apply once you're using them — we aren't responsible for how they operate.
No guarantee, no liability
We put real effort into the quizzes and the program, but we can't guarantee specific results — yours will depend on your own situation and effort. To the extent allowed by law, TARO srls isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or its content.
Changes
We may update these terms as the site or the program changes. If we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute that can't be resolved directly will fall under the jurisdiction of the Italian courts.
